Writers Axis — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Writers Axis, including the public website, client desk, writer desk, and related services. By creating an account, placing an order, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. 1. The service Writers Axis connects clients with writers for professional and academic-style writing projects. Orders include a shared timeline, messages, and files. Pricing is based on word count and academic level (or rates published on the Pricing page and in your order). 2. Accounts • You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. • You are responsible for activity under your account. • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Policies, or applicable law. 3. Orders and delivery • Each order defines scope (e.g. title, type, words/pages, level, deadline, notes). • Writers deliver drafts through the platform. Clients may request revisions within the agreed brief. • Deadlines are estimates based on the brief; complex or incomplete briefs may affect timing. Communicate changes early via order messages. 4. Payments and escrow • Quoted prices are due as described at checkout or on the order. • Client payments are held in escrow-style pending status until the client approves the final draft (or as otherwise stated on the order). • After approval, funds are released according to our payment process. Refunds or partial releases follow our Policies and the specific order agreement. • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account review or suspension. 5. Revisions and cancellations • Reasonable revision rounds within the original scope are included as described on the order. • Material scope changes may require a new quote or order. • Cancellations before substantial work has begun may qualify for a refund less any non-recoverable costs; after substantial delivery, refunds are limited. Intellectual property • Upon full payment and final approval, the client owns the deliverable for the agreed use, unless otherwise stated in writing. • Writers and Writers Axis retain no ongoing ownership of client-approved paid work, except the right to use anonymised samples only with explicit permission. • You must not upload content you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for how you use delivered work (including academic integrity rules at your institution). 7. Acceptable use You may not use Writers Axis to: • Violate law, including fraud, plagiarism policies where prohibited for your use case, or infringement of others’ rights. • Harass, abuse, or exploit writers, clients, or staff. • Attempt to bypass security, scrape the platform, or reverse-engineer systems. • Share login credentials or resell platform access without permission. 8. Disclaimers The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific grades, rankings, or business outcomes. Writing is a professional service; final responsibility for submission and use rests with the client. 9. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Writers Axis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability related to any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. 10. Changes We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance.
