How orders, payments, revisions, and professional standards work on Writers Axis.
Escrow payments
Client payments are held until draft approval. Transparent per-word rates by academic level.
Fair revisions
Revision rounds stay within the agreed brief. Respond promptly so delivery stays on schedule.
Professional conduct
Confidential briefs, clear communication, and no sharing of client materials outside the order.
These Policies explain how Writers Axis handles pricing, payments, revisions, confidentiality, and professional standards. They apply together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Pricing
• Standard pricing is published on the Pricing page and calculated from word count (or pages) and academic level.
• The rate locked on an accepted order applies to that order unless both sides agree to a change in writing on the order thread.
• Priority or rush work may carry different rates when shown at order time.
2. Escrow and payments
• Client payments are held in pending (escrow-style) status until the client approves the final draft.
• After approval, payment is marked for release according to our payout process.
• Clients should complete payment as instructed at checkout or on the order. Writers see pending and released amounts under Earnings.
• Disputed amounts may remain held until the issue is resolved.
3. Revisions
• Clients may request revisions that stay within the original brief (same topic, scope, and level).
• Writers should respond to revision requests within 48 hours unless another timeline is agreed on the order.
• Requests that expand scope (new sections, new topics, or large increases in length) may require an updated price or a new order.
4. Deadlines and communication
• Deadlines are set on the order. Both sides should communicate delays early via order messages.
• Reply promptly to keep projects moving. Writers are encouraged to respond within a reasonable window (e.g. within a few hours during active work) to maintain response-rate standards.
5. Confidentiality
• Client briefs, files, and personal data are confidential.
• Writers must not share client materials outside the order or use them for other projects.
• Platform staff access order data only as needed to operate support, security, and quality.
6. Writer code of conduct
• Deliver work that matches the agreed brief and deadline expectations.
• Communicate status changes honestly.
• Never submit plagiarised or fabricated content.
• Treat clients and colleagues with respect.
7. Client responsibilities
• Provide a clear brief, required sources, and files on time.
• Use deliverables in line with your institution’s or organisation’s rules (including academic integrity policies).
• Approve, request revision, or raise issues through the platform so records stay accurate.
8. Cancellations and refunds
• Before significant work has started: refund may be issued less any processing or non-recoverable costs.
• After a substantial draft has been delivered: refunds are partial or declined depending on work completed and cause of cancellation.
• Chargebacks initiated without contacting support first may lead to account restrictions.
9. Support
• Use in-desk Support or the public Contact page for help.
• For privacy or legal questions, email writersaxis1@gmail.com.
10. Updates
We may update these Policies as the product evolves. The date on this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of Writers Axis means you accept the current Policies.
